LOCATION / PICK-UP

Whittaker Blue is conveniently located off of Leesburg Pike/Route 7 in Sterling, Virginia. Contact us to make an appointment to pick up or visit!

If you pick up your item or it's shipped within Virginia, you will be charged sales tax. Items shipped outside of Virginia are not required to pay sales tax.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Shipping is offered on a case-by-case basis for small items. Please contact us to discuss. 


We are happy to coordinate with you and your shipper/delivery company for larger items and furniture. Need a shipper? For delivery within the Washington, DC metro area, we suggest Dolly. For long-distance shipping, check out uShip.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We hope you are nothing short of thrilled with your purchase! While we make every effort to source items that have been well cared for over the years, vintage items will often have some wear and tear that varies from item to item.  We make sure to disclose/photograph anything we believe goes beyond normal wear. We are happy to answer any questions you have or provide additional photographs.

In the event that your item is shipped by us and arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at inquiries@whittakerblue.com. Please be sure to keep all packaging and be prepared to provide photos of the packaging and damaged item so that we may file a claim with the shipper. After 48 hours, all sales are final.
